No gpu acceleration

Describe the bug
No gpu is found in Photoshop. I tried using vkd3d-proton, I have all the packages I need for the graphic cards and vulkan, I tried many different installs and tweaks.

System informations

• Distro : Arch
• System: Omen 15, 4800H with radeon graphics (16) and a Nvidia 2060m
• WINE version : 9.22

Additional context
Seems DXGI is hiding the gpu, I do not know why but I'm thinking that it has something to do with it? A two gpu laptop too might be an issue additionally.
