Wine version? Confusing requirements in README.

The readme states:

Tested CC2021 on openSUSE Tumbleweed using Wine-9.6, no problems so far

wine >=6.1 (Avoid 6.20 to 6.22 DON'T USE STAGING)
(Wine 8.0+ are causing an issue with the windows version see workaround #94 (comment))

What does all that mean?

• We should use something newer than 6.1 but not 6.20 and 6.22...
• the link specifies 7.22 but also says there are problems.
• Should version be 9.6? Even though 8+ is causing issues?

Please update the README to clarify what version is recommended.
