Implement some events to be written in the staker entity which contains data for a given parachain staker with additional relevant information for it.
Add full support for Moonbeam, Moonriver, Litentry, Turing, Zeitgeist.
Add support for parachain-staking Rewarded for Kilt, Pendulum.
Increased in the manifest the db storage limits for some chains. (This will be applied when the chain is redeployed in the cloud.)
