CustomBot Studio ToS, Privacy Policy & Patnership Agreement

Custombot Studio offers a service named Custom Bot, which is not operated by Bump Reminder or affliated with it, but we have a partnership agreement which regulates our cooperation

Terms of Service

The terms "us", "our" and "we" represent Custom Bot Studio, during "there", "they" represents Bump Reminder.

You cannot make any claims against Bump Reminder, since our Service is not affliated with it.

Users Responsibility:

• You must respect the ToS of others as well as the Discord ToS and third-party services.
• We are not responsible for the damage caused by using our service.
• Users may use commands, customize and provide data, but they are liable what they do with the commands. Any kind of abuse can be punished with a ban from our Service

Users Right:

• You can also stop using our service at any time.
• You can also request any data that we have collected about you. To remove your data, have a look here.
• If you discover content that is protected by copyright, you can report it to us so that we can remove it. Any intellectual property that belongs to you will also be removed when you contact us.

Others:

The service we provide can be discontinued at any time without us informing our users We are not responsible for content that is uploaded to the Custom Bot, e.g. through reminder messages. It is up to each user. Of course we can remove the content, when you contact us, furthermore the User can be excluded from the usage of our service.

By using our Service, you agree the Data Transfer from Bump Reminder to our Service and agree the following ToS.

Privacy Policy

As an agreement from our Partnership Agreement, Bump Reminders Privacy Policy accounts to our Service, which you can read here

• The Data will be kept/accessed as long as you use our Service

By using our Service, you agree to the upper Privacy Policy

Patnership Agreement

This Patnership Agreement should regulate the Cooperation between Bump Reminder and the Service from Custom Bot Studio

• The Partnership does not consists of any mutual interests.
• The Partnership can be discontinued at any time.
• The Requirements given from Bump Reminder has to be respected or the Partnership will be discontinued.

Bump Reminder Claims:

• Bump Reminder makes no claims on the CustomBot Studio's Service and does not want to be involved in CustomBot Studio's Service.
• The Data provided by Bump Reminder can be used as long as its needed for operating the CustomBot Studio Service and under the consent of the users.
• Bump Reminder doesn't need to be informed, when CustomBot Studio's discontinue there Service.
• CustomBot Studio obliged to use Bump Reminder's Privacy Policy for protecting the users.
• Bump Reminder is offering Custom Bot Studio as a gift of the Partnership 100 Premium Codes that can be used for any purpose without anything in return.

CustomBot Studio Agrees:

• Hereby CustomBot Studio gurantee to not make any claims over Bump Reminder and not involve Bump Reminder in CustomBot's Studio service.
• CustomBot Studio hereby agrees to use the data provided by Bump Reminder with the consent of the user as long as it is needed to operate the CustomBot service.
• The Service CustomBot Studio provides can be discontinued at any time without CustomBot Studio notifing Bump Reminder.
• Hereby CustomBot Studio agrees to account the same Privacy Policy, which Bump Reminder has.
