Pulls the primary agent's human-readable name from AgentContext and include it in traceMetadata for both processStream and generateTitle. This lets Langfuse users filter/search traces by friendly agent name (e.g. "DWAINE") instead of only by agent ID.

Note, in terms of multi-agency, this only provides the agent name for the "primary" agent. A better solution would be to inject to the appropriate langgraph node mid-run. That can be followup work, though.
