Remove bundled clawPDF

Worth a try, but the security around installing another package
with admin is just too thorny.  Installing clawPDF is super easy
on it's own; just have an admin do that step first, then run the
Libki Client installer.  Configuration still runs on it's own just
fine.

Cleans up extra procedures/functions/lines in installer wizard that
are no longer needed/used for this process.

Also updates the default clawPDF4Libki.ini, setting the default profile
name explicitly to 'clawPDF4Libki'

Require admin privileges to installer

and use /qn instead of /passive

Use /passive instead of /quiet install

Works in commandline testing, so hopefully here too

Use explicit GUID for printer profile
