Add settings based on player distance #16

  • Turn off if there are no players within X units
    • Delete all NPCs when turned off
  • Turn off when a player comes within Y units
    • Try to re-spawn removed NPCs when retriggered
  • Make all NPCs target the nearest player
    • Add clamp as to "nearest" (maybe?)
