Add solutions for each day in the next day's README, and fix grammar errors.

There are multiple grammar errors in almost all of the days. Additionally, the reader wouldn't know whether they are going in the right direction if they're not going to get the solution for the program. 

PS: I'm making this issue so I can make the pull request soon.
