Extension not working - Welcome message stays

Hi!
Thank you for this plugin, I am excited to make use of it!
I installed the extension, I have the credentials file set (also other veracode plugins work well with it).
I also created the veracode-plugin.conf file with the suggested content. also tried renaming the application, and deleting its content.
but still - this message sticks

I also tried setting the absolute path to the credentials in the config.
Also, I see this log:
2023-02-19 11:06:17.405 [error] [Extension Host] Empty results or could not get the requested application/s from the Veracode Platform
What am I missing ?

Hi,
The extension is now moved to be managed by my college which just released a new version (0.4.0).

If the problem persists please log the issue in the new repository from where it is managed:
