02 Create API and expose it in Container to populate the list of members (#3)

Tutorial 02 added, corresponding with Issue #3. This tutorial covers the following steps:

• Create an API along with its data model to retrieve the list of members from the backend
• Create a mapper auxiliary module to parse between the API entity model and the view model used internally in the page components
• Integrate the API in the Container component
