Layouts breaks after the screen turns off due to inactivity

Describe the bug
After I prepare a layout and the screen turns off due to inactivity, once I enter (entering the password from the display manager) the layout breaks for a few pixels.

The windows are still anchored to the layout that I have prepared, because if I try to put them back from scratch, the assistant sees that there is already a prepared layout and tries to rearrange the windows based on what is already positioned.

Steps To Reproduce
Set a layout => Blank the screen due to inactivity => login

System Info:

• Distro (incl. version): Endeavouros
• GNOME Shell version: 45.4
• Extension version and from where (e. g. EGO, main branch...): 44 from Gnome Extension site
• XOrg/Wayland: xorg

Can you reproduce this by disabling and enabling the extension, or by locking immediately with the hotkey (normally Super+L)?

I find that my "Alt" Move Mode Activator hotkey is reset every time my machine locks. "Ctrl", "RMB", "Super" are all preserved, just "Alt" is reset to "Disabled".

Experiencing the same issue to a much more dramatic degree with a horizontal + vertical monitor setup; when one of the monitors sleeps it appears to break layouts on only the vertical (secondary) monitor, oftentimes making windows smaller. It's as though the windows are attempting to resize themselves before the monitor has been enabled, and as such can't determine the correct layout. Possibly related to the connection type (the problematic monitor is connected using HDMI while the primary one uses DisplayPort)

Using Gnome 47, Fedora 41 on Wayland, installed from the extension site.

I have this issue as well. Almost every time I unlock the screen, Firefox is shifted a bit and I have to recreate the layout from scratch. I'm not certain but I think this happens when Firefox is the focused windows at that moment.

For the sake of clarity, I'll mention that my graphics card is Nvidia (with the proprietary drivers) and I can't say that I've observed this behavior on my all-AMD machine come to think of it.

I would be curious to know what graphics hardware others in this issue tracker are running as well.
