Fix: Null check for chat-input in autoResizeTextarea

The autoResizeTextarea function in public/assets/js/chat.js attempted to add an event listener to the chat-input element without verifying its existence. Since chat.js is loaded globally via footer.php, this caused a TypeError on pages other than index.php (where chat-input is not present). Added a null check to resolve the issue.
