🎨 Palette: [UX improvement] Add ARIA labels to project buttons

💡 What:

Added aria-label and title attributes to the icon-only buttons in public/projects.php (the "Close" modal button and the project "Delete" button).

🎯 Why:

Icon-only buttons without accessible labels are invisible to screen readers, making it difficult or impossible for visually impaired users to navigate and understand the available actions. This small change makes the interface more intuitive and accessible.

♿ Accessibility:

• Added aria-label="Close modal" to the Create Project modal close button.
• Added aria-label="Delete project" to the project delete button.
