💡 What: Added aria-label attributes to the icon-only buttons in the file browser (New File, New Directory, Close, Rename, Delete).
🎯 Why: To improve accessibility for screen reader users who previously had no context for what these icon-only buttons did.
📸 Before/After: No visual changes.
Accessibility: Added descriptive ARIA labels to 5 icon-only buttons in the file explorer UI.

…ile browser

Added `aria-label` attributes to the new file, new directory, close, rename, and delete buttons within the file browser panel in `public/index.php`. This improves screen reader accessibility for these interactive elements.
