create a eureka server

[juan-medina]

Before running the whole project using spring cloud kubernetes we will run using spring cloud netflix.

Then the code could be refactor o change.

• create a subfolder for the eureka server
• create yml to deploy into kubernetes
• update subfolder readme
• update project readme
