[Bug]: 403-Error when entering company settings (Role: Manager)

Describe the issue

When logged in as user-role "manager", i cannot enter the company settings page to add a client.
domain.com/setting/editCompanySettings/

It leads to a 403-Error

Reproduction steps

1. Logged in as user (Role: Manager)
2. navigating to "company"
3. domain.com/setting/editCompanySettings/
4. 403
