[BUG] Sprint assigned to incorrect project

Describe the bug
When assigning a sprint to a project, the project list is shown twice, and the sprint is not assigned to the selected project

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a fresh install via docker, create an initial project.
2. Create a second project
3. Enter either project -> select to-dos to the navigation panel -> select the drop-down next to to-dos //
4. Create a new sprint, and observe the duplicated list of projects
5. Select either two bottom projects and the first project will be assigned the sprint irrespective of the project chosen

Practicum was created as the initial project on startup, then APCD was created second.

When creating a sprint, the projects are listed twice within the drop-down.

Unexpected behavior: it is assigned to the practicum

The assignment of the project for the sprint can be fixed by using the upper list

Leantime 3.0.7

Mysql Version
Mysql 8.0

Issue persists on Leantime version 3.1.1, observed similar issue in the cloud-hosted version with a trial.

I can confirm this bug with tarball version also, using 3.1.1 release.
