Marker can't be placed on the top of a polygon

1. Draw a rectangle
2. Try to place a marker inside the rectangle.

When the mouse is clicked, the marker is not "released". It's working fine if the marker is placed directly on the map. But doesn't work when placing the marker over the rectangle.
