Routes Error

After a clean installation wothout errors when I try to go to my-url:8000/admin i get an error, with routes error. look the image

Same here - any solutions?

On my issue, the wamp server I am using, the rewrite module is not enabled as default. I thought first the issue is because I am running different port and need to update the 'url' on config/app.php
