Apply GLTF node transformations #361

Currently, when loading a gltf, any transformations to a node are ignored.
This makes it so when you for example move a mesh in blender the result is not reflected in the loaded model (Unless you apply all transformations).

This is unintuitive so it would be nice to have support for applying all transformations of the nodes to the vertices.
