Service Agent datamodel and settings #1

Each customer service agent should have a:

face image (round, good quality)
frontname and surname
title (shown to customer)
area / department (of expertise, shown to customer)
expertise (description of expertise and what kind of cases she/he is good at)
... whatever we notice we need at ticket allocation
Let's do these on separate data model, linked to account_user (user can have multiple roles in several accounts)
