Enforce start-up order when using the docker-composed approach to deploy #14
Description
Stargraph does not need to wait for ES to startup but sometimes users can have problems to start ES hence Stargraph will not be aware. Not sure if it's worth given that SG must clear return a useful message for the user instead of being in silence.
