Repository with information and scripts for shared computing resources in CEOAS.

Jupyter Hub 2

CEOAS classes use Jupyter Hub 2, which can be accessed at https://jupyter2.ceoas.oregonstate.edu/, using your ONID credentials.

Upon login, users will see the following folder structure:

├── common_datasets
├── coursefiles
│   └── year
│       └── quarter
│           └── class
└── research

• common_dataset holds datasets that are commonly used in CEOAS, which are listed [here](add link).
• coursefiles holds class material organized by year and quarter.
• research will eventually hold project files organized by research group [check on this].
