This release is strictly a bugfix release. The following fixes have been incorporated:

* Compilation fails because file cannot be copied from obj to bin (MSB3021)
* Incorrect property used in WpfDesigner.Designer.ModelTools
* WPF - Name changes are now performed using the UndoService
