Initial push on postage stamp data + notebook to unpack the data

goal: to add a full dataset postage stamps of expected multi-band LSST lensed quasars as observed over 10-years.

• currently, I've added a file with 14 lenses: their postage stamps and light curves in the 6 LSST bands, observed over a 10yr baseline.
  to come:
• adding metadata to the hdf5
• generating postage stamps for a larger sample over just 1 year for now
