Bug: vscsync container is failing

I am getting errors in vscsync.

1. I have a GitHub project that uses vscsync to download
2. Running on Podman Desktop using Composer
3. Running manually on Linux

Running the container results in:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/opt/vscoffline/sync.py", line 18, in <module>
    from distutils.dir_util import create_tree
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils'

Issue started between 2-3 weeks ago based on my weekly collection run results.
