fixed remove channel back up from lnd and open it fixes it

I have the same issue on Windows 10.

Updated from 0.6.2 to 0.7.1

I get this error as soon as wallet is launched.

Please fix this as soon as possible as I can't access my funds.

I tried reverting to older version (0.6.2) but now it doesn't work too...I get some message about database or something
