GOVUK CSS is not minified
Some assets get included in the dist directory
Need to test GOVUK components that use JS (such as Accordions)
Update tests
Update package scripts
Document changes and breaking changes
[ ] Removal of polyfil for button
[ ] Use of ES module

Update Puppeter code from main to work with Vite
