This PR solves two issues. Firstly, the Zernike Aberrations as they're currently defined are wavelength independent ie, they do not rely on the laser wavelength. Adding this wavelength dependence means the optical element can be better used to represent the function of a deformable mirror.
The second issue is cleaner array handling.
