Modified Taxon does not clear when all identifications are deleted

Describe the problem
If all taxonomic identifications are deleted from the Identification (1) tab, the old value in Modified Taxon still appears on the Invert Paleo tab.

Work-around: 1) Delete all rows in Identification List table. 2) Check "Filed As". 3) Delete "Filed As" row.
I've determined the reason for this behavior is the automatic creation of local back-end values that are used to give IP a robust taxonomic search. These various auto-created back-end taxonomic names aren't cleared when the rows are deleted. Hence, the "table" isn't technically empty, and therefore won't clear the Modified Taxon field.
