Add a method to dump AEM Tree file

Add and implement a mirror method to `EndStation::deserializeEntityModelFromJson` that will dump an AEM Tree to a file (.AEMT), including a schema link to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/L-Acoustics/avdecc/refs/heads/main/resources/schemas/AEM/vX/schema.json
