Converts 'raw_patterns' to solid black color.

How to use?

1. For demonstration purposes:

Simply run 'main.py'.

2. For research propose:

1. Place images in the 'images' folder.

2. Modify global variables in 'main.py' and run it.

Result

The license plate recognition results will be displayed on the console.
