• Self-review corrections: moved "A valueless --chain-tier is a usage error" from Added to Fixed (fix(engine): a valueless tier is a usage error, not the widest tier #247); moved "The docs described a gating model the code no longer implements" from Added to Changed (+docs: describe the gating model the code actually ships #246 link); added the missing feat(adopt): count the notes the chain leaves ungated #245 link to the Unchained-report entry.
