[Bug] Aero / Acrylic 模糊在屏幕边缘出现背景内容透出

Steps to reproduce

1.打开 pebrel 。
2.在设置中将背景模糊设置为 Aero 或 Acrylic。
3.将窗口不透明度调整到 0% (呈现的最明显)。
4.在窗口后方放置带有明显文字或图标的内容。
5.将 pebrel 窗口移动到屏幕边缘，或将窗口最大化。
6.观察屏幕边缘区域。

这个问题在 Windows 终端也有类似的呈现，启用亚克力材料后窗口化在屏幕边缘时也有背景透出(但最大化不会呈现出此问题)。因此暂时不能排除该现象与 Windows 自身的背景材质或窗口合成行为有关。

Expected behavior

窗口边缘与窗口内部应保持较为一致的模糊效果，后方的文字和图标不应在边缘明显透出。

Actual behavior

窗口边缘存在一段模糊不足的区域，后方文字或图标仍然可以比较明显地辨认出来。

已开 PR #250 ，修复 Windows 11 22H2 以上版本呈现的此问题，其余不兼容的版本回退原始方案

更新：当前合并后 Windows 11 22H2 包含 Windows App Runtime 1.8 以上的版本已不再复现此问题，更低的版本仍使用旧实现能稳定复现
