[Bug] 背景模糊不生效

Steps to reproduce

设置->外观->背景模糊，调整为任意选项（Mica/Mica Alt/Aero/Acrylic）都不生效，设置后重启/重启终端问题依旧

可能跟硬件加速有关吗，9700x未开启核显，显卡是9070xt

抱歉先前没看懂这个不透明度的表述，另外自定义背景图片掩盖了这个设置生效的情况，关闭这个issue了
