[Bug] 无法记忆窗口位置，启动时部分窗口会出现在屏幕外

Steps to reproduce

1.启动软件
2.出现问题

Expected behavior

软件窗口位置与退出时的位置相同。

Actual behavior

启动时屏幕右边缘会出现在“命令列表”和“目录树”图标的中间，所以命令列表右侧的所有内容都出现在屏幕外。
移动窗口位置后下次启动软件依然会出现在同样的位置。

Implementation is available in PR #460 (#460).

Restores ordinary-window geometry and handles Windows startup position within the available screen area.

Current upstream checks at 5e6d5035: all reported checks passed. Maintainer/Code Owner approval and any platform acceptance limitations described in the PR remain outstanding. This update does not close the issue.
