- Move workspace provisioning out of the architect plugin, whose scope is design and cross-repo planning, into krci-help, the ecosystem/onboarding entry point — so the capability stays discoverable where users look for "how do I start"
- Reimplement the command as a thin launcher that delegates to the standalone KubeRocketCI/krci-workspace repo (the single source of truth for the component set) instead of duplicating a clone script and a hardcoded repo list
- Sync the hand-maintained inventories (help map, plugin inventory, marketplace manifest, architecture overview) and the advisor role map to the new home
- Bump krci-architect to 0.6.0 and krci-help to 0.3.0
