unveiling enchant doesn't actually work

i don't think anyone used that enchant ever. the enchant doesn't reveal invisible creatures as described. in fact i have no idea what the enchant does.

If I remember right, it's supposed to reveal invisible creatures, users of the Spectral Mantle, equipment with Translucency (or w/e it's called), and make Eldritch Guardians opaque in the overworld

i haven't tested PVP with other players is possible the spectral mantle does work but if you take an invisibility splash potion and start throwing it on mobs with Goggles of Revealing with unveiling on it the mobs remain invisible.
