Changelog

Canary, pre-release builds (vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH-pre+YYYYMMDDHHMMSS) from master branch
- GitHub pre-release releases
- Release on the canary channel in the JetBrains Plugin Repository

Use curl because I couldn't get publishPlugin to not error.

Now that deploy is debugged, the longer tests need to be re-enabled to run before deploy is allowed.
