Regarding initialization in PHATE

Hi,

I am trying to compute PHATE results for "random" and "pca" initializations. Is there any way to handle this?

You can precompute pca or fix the random_state. If you have some prefered parameters, you can also set them, like knn, t, decay, n_pca. If you fix the parameters I mentioned, it will show a fixed result.
