Breaking System Changes

CMake 4.0 was released recently, which removed compatibility support for versions < 3.5, breaking some of our dependencies.

Arch-based distros already adopted the new CMake version in their latest package updates, so consider holding off on system updates for a few days if you're planning to compile Kratos.

• VexCL Bump CMake to Version 3 12 ddemidov/vexcl#296 [External] Update VexCL #13325
• CoSimIO CI Update CoSimIO#369 Bump CMake to version 3.15.0 CoSimIO#373
• zlib

Feel free to add other libs to this list if you run into this issue with them.

I am aware, sorry for taking that long to answer.

As a matter of fact, we are currently using 4.0 already in some CI. I temporaly added CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to all our pipelines that were failing some weeks ago, but haven't have time to test the rest.

I 'll try to have all solved by the end of the week
