This release has been long overdue, and if anyone had tried to use the previous release instead of the master branch they would've noticed that it was broken in several different ways. So, here is a quick summary of some of the changes:

General

  • Working again
  • No repeating messages
  • Sidneybot Work Farming (This bot might be dead now... lol)
  • Using rewrite branch of discord.py
  • Also using a modified version of discord.py
  • Typing Indicators
  • Can now run multiple instances of DAB
  • Waterfall start for background tasks

Pokecord

  • Fixed bug with auto release
  • Added lots of missing hashes (Notably all Alolans and Galarians)
  • Switched to 16bit hashes instead of 8 bit to avoid collisions
  • Track pokemon per channel (No more catching caught pokemon)
  • Pokemon whitelisting and blacklisting

Other

  • Updated docs
  • Also a pretty extensive writeup on how discord.py is modified
