3 small infrastructural changes:

  • adds .idea/vcs.xml which makes links to issues, like Add default numRows value to head() method #1, clickable across the project
  • adds .idea/externalDependencies.xml which prompts you to install all relevant IDEA plugins to work with the project if you didn't do so already
  • bumps Ktlint and the gradle plugin (should not cause any linting changes)
