Refactor the page tree for the bunch of pages related to Schema support

• Split the page with Data Schema handling into a few subchapters and extend each with good examples and very interesting and important topics. Motivation: there is no step-by-step guide, but the user could start learning topics separately.
• Extract the OpenAPI schema subchapter to the separate article to be easy to find on the navigation bar.
