Other Notes:

• Emit ZDO network address to Controller
• Refactor ZDO code to use ZDO spec (removes lots of code duplication, cleaner adapter code)
• Add scanChannels ZDO adapter function (need to see about implementing upstream support)
• Remove messageContents from message sent callback (less data transferred)
• Cleanup startup sequence, and other various cleanups
• Improve request queue behavior (with 100% coverage tests)
• Separate buffers for callbacks and responses to allow faster parsing (with tests)
• Cleanup logging of sensitive information.

TODO:

• v8 new "RX packet info" format for last hop LQI/RSSI appears to return broken values?
• Test on various adapters
• Test on v7 adapters
• Update docs
