User gets error when trying to create/edit transactions with stupid amounts of text

**Describe the bug**
If you try to write unreasonably long text in description/notes you get an error

**To Reproduce**
1. Go to **Transaction**
2. Click on **Add new transaction**
3. Add unreasonable amounts of text in **Description** or **Notes**
4. Click **Create new transaction** 
5. Notice error

**Expected behavior**
User is blocked from putting stupid amounts of text
