Documentation of Issues / Comments API

When getting all the comments on a given issue, the third parameter to all(...) should be the issue number and not the issue id as the current documentation says. I spent close to a whole hour trying to figure out why things were not working for me. I think you should update it so as to save somebody else that stress in future. Thanks.
