Fixes for issue 160

Dockerfile template

• Add libxml2-dev and libxslt-dev dependencies for build Error while starting server docker image #160
• Add curl package so that it can be used for running container healthchecks

init.mustache, controller.mustache, model, model.mustache, requirements.mustache

• Various template changes that were missing from the last commit. Also Error while starting server docker image #160

generate-server.sh

• Remove the '-ti' from docker so that it will run on a build server
• Update openapi-generator version because previous (v4.1.2) is now unsupported, and doesn't have an arm64 image

There it is. I thought that was an autogenerated file from the IDE, so must have deleted it instead of ignoring it.
