Right now the curated GPI file for SARS-CoV-2 proteins and cleavage products lives here:
https://github.com/Knowledge-Graph-Hub/kg-covid-19/tree/master/curated/ORFs

We should consider moving this here to this repo for data we ingest:
https://github.com/Knowledge-Graph-Hub/kg-covid-19-data

This would be a step toward in getting our "frozen" data in one place. If possible, we could do this before the manuscript is published, since we mention this GPI file and its URL in our paper

will need coordinate with GO as noctua-entity-ontology picks up from here cc @kltm

note we do need to refactor the code that makes neo. There should be a standalone gpi->kgx/rdf module. go can reuse this. cc @deepakunni3
