Add org conversation feedback flow

Why

Organization customers need a direct way to explain what went wrong in a Zookeeper conversation and send the relevant trace to support.

What changed

• add an org-only Give feedback on conversation action beside the existing export action
• open a focused text dialog with explicit disclosure of the transcript contents
• send feedback, conversation ID, and the exported trace to the dedicated support endpoint
• keep recoverable API errors in the dialog and explain rate limits clearly
• cover org visibility, menu-to-dialog behavior, payload transport, success, and failure

Dependency

Depends on KittyCAD/api#4532 and must ship after that endpoint is deployed. The call is direct until the regenerated API is published in @kittycad/lib.
